This app was inspired by the collection of computer science bibliographies at University of Karlsruhe, Germany. That collection provided, for each included bibliography, some nice statistics. Sorrily, that service was discontinued some time ago and so I decided to write an R SHiny app on my own.
The app comes in two versions, KSTbib and SHinyBibTex where the former is a reduced version of the latter. KSTbib is around a bibliography on Knowledge Space Theory I have been maintaining since 1994, so you cannot change the BibTeX file in that app. ShinyBibTeX has the more general purpose that you can upload you own BibTeX file to see some statistics and to search/filter for certain criteria. Furthermore, it also offers a list on top contributors in the field. It opens with a 2-entries BibTeX file to avoid some warnings.
